Terms

Terms for using ZipPigeon

Acceptable use, prohibited content, account responsibility, retention, abuse handling, and service limits for ZipPigeon.

Use it lawfully

Use ZipPigeon to send private files to clients, vendors, teammates, and outside collaborators for lawful work.

Do not abuse it

Do not upload malware, illegal material, abusive content, spam payloads, or files meant to attack recipients or infrastructure.

You control what you send

You are responsible for the files you upload, the recipients you invite, and the secure links you share. Secure links and anonymous one-time links are bearer-style access while active.

Limits and availability

Transfer size, file count, retention, download count, API access, account quotas, and availability may be limited by deployment policy. ZipPigeon may change limits, throttle activity, or require human verification to protect users and infrastructure.

Abuse handling

ZipPigeon may revoke transfers, suspend accounts, block anonymous sends, preserve necessary operational evidence, or report activity when required to protect people, comply with law, or defend the service.

No compliance shortcut

Do not rely on ZipPigeon as a substitute for your own legal, regulatory, security, or records-retention obligations. Formal compliance attestations are not promised unless published for the specific deployment.

Send the file. Keep control of the link.

Use ZipPigeon when a file needs to reach the right person without becoming another attachment or shared folder to clean up later.
